Roger
Comer
Roger
Comer, from South Charleston, WV, has been playing the piano for the
Faith Harmony Boys since 1988, and has now been singing baritone
since July 1998. For 30 years he has been involved with gospel music,
playing with several groups during that time. Roger traveled
full-time across the U.S. and Canada with a west-coast-based
group called The Christians, and then later
played with the Crossmen Quartet from Beckley,
WV. Roger just recently resigned as pastor of his home
church, the Elkridge Community Church, after 24 years to persue
other avenues of ministry such as the group and his wonderful talent
for song writing. In fact, 7 of
the songs on the group's "Extreme Faith" project, 4 of the songs
on the "Pure Gold" project and 3 songs on the "Headed In The Right
Direction" project were written by him. Roger has
two children, Ashley and Jonathan and is also busy spoiling his first grandson, Jayden.
